Is that the 20th straight game without a starting pitcher win?

I feel like I just watched paint dry for 3 hours.

Yep... Will catch up to us in a bad way eventually...
Sadly, our starters, with the exception of Cahill, have actually been pitching well enough to win. Even Delgado tonight pitched good enough to earn a win...
This whacky streak is actually due more because of our offense and crappy pen than it is our starters...

So bummed the shutout streak is over. I was really hoping that could be a season long thing.

Anywho, HOPEFULLY they can go on a nice run in July. So far the D'backs have played more road games than anyone in the NL. July is almost entirely at home.

They have not been that great at home. They've got the 4th best home winning % in the division. It's their road record that has them in first place.

The more they play at home, the better they will play at home.

Game over. Upton likes hitting against the Diamondbacks while Prado does nothing against his old team.

Ya hardly know what to say. 5 walks in an inning? 2 hbp's in the 8th? Our pitching staff, as a whole, certainly leaves a lot to be desired.

I think it's about time to unload Hernandez. He isn't fooling anyone, and his control is gone. He's had a few good spurts, but beyond that, yech! For me, this is Putz's last shot. If he hasn't got his issues under control by now, he too needs to go. I wouldn't cry a tear if Ian Kennedy went bye-bye either.

Sorry to be so negative, but after a total humiliation like the one suffered today, it's hard to stay upbeat. Again, we're lucky we're in a crappy division, otherwise..... well...

Once again he manages to snatch a defeat from the hands of victory.
It was a tough game to watch. So many performances in one game below Major League standards. Losing a game is bad enough. Giving away a lead is worse.

Even Parra, who along with Goldy and Corbin have been carrying the team, looked sad stumbling around under a fly ball in RF. Fortunately, he is so good in the field, he came up with it. But it still looked sad.

We have deficiencies across the board - starting pitching, relief pitching, and hitting.

Naturally, our only runs today came in the event of double play balls.

Bad times. Hopefully, we pound the hell out of the Mets and regain some confidence.

Should of never traded Parker for Cahill.
