Tonight? Yep... He'll find his groove again. Just in a rough patch over the past few outings...
That said, he's never been and never will be a dominate pitcher. At best he is a solid #4.

Goldy striking out at a somewhat worrying clip the past couple of weeks. I almost wish he hadn't made the ASG. Although a vacation and the distraction might help, but it would be nice to see him get away from baseball for a bit.

Not worried about him. He will come out of it, he just seems burned out.

Pennington?? WTF why do our managers always jack with our lineup? Ahmed has been playing great, make him the everyday SS. Stop effing with the lineup all the time!

Question should be why is Owings in the game? I would rather see Ahmed at SS and Penny at 2nd. They are both hitting well over .300 in their last 15 games. Owings is a stellar .196 in his last 15 games.

I know people keep saying CO is going to turn it around, and I hope they are right but watch his plate appearances lately, he looks lost up there. He has struck out a team leading 17 times in the last 15 games and he is not even an everyday player.

At some point we gotta stop waiting for him to start playing ball. Maybe he needs to go down for a bit.

Harvey is one of the best and toughest pitchers in the game. Ahmed is still learning. Penny is a lefty. No need to mess up Ahmed by serving him up to be abused by The Dark Knight... I get what Chip did here and it makes sense.
