Hard to know for sure, but he got his day off yesterday. I didn't even know he was hurt (hamstring strain or "deep cramp"?). Hope he is back in the lineup tonight, but if not, get well soon J-Up.

Haren has Albie Lopez disease.... he'll pitch lights out until the 4th or 5th innings. He seems to get hit the second time through the order. He was lucky to get out of the bases loaded 1 out jam.

I found it funny when that guy acted as if he got hit by a pitch when the replay showed he clearly wasn't. What made it even worse is the fact that he managed to fool them and was able to get to first base because of it. Thankfully, though, Haren worked his way out of it even when the bases were loaded. Now let's win this series tomorrow and try to go for the sweep on Wednesday!

I agree... Haren does struggle later in the games, but I would take a tired Haren over an Albie Lopez any day of the week and fourteen times on Sunday.

There is a bright side... if Edgar struggles, then we might see the first big league action for Max Scherzer.

I do agree he has been pitching better this year... however, I am sure a bunch of people still remember the Edgar from 2004. That might be why many people are down on him... which isn't entirely fair.

I hope the fans show up to tonights game. I was at last nights and the attendance was 19,000. You could hear a pin drop. Im sure the D-Backs will put more fannies in the seats once the Suns' season is over, but they should still be doing about 30,000 per game
