you gotta watch. at the least, this team has earned that from all of us this season.

i don't think it's a lack of desire. they're just being flat out out-played. i think most of us have been hypnotized by their season. remember, this is a team whose leading batting avg was, what, .289? and our "power" guy batted, what, .240? and we really have only one ace. this team won a ton of 1 run games. they were gritty, but "good?" eh, not so sure. they were always clutch, but without consistent talent we ran into bad stretches during the season and it looks like we're mired in another one. at a bad time. against a team that's full blown hotter 'n hell.
