I have no idea what to make of that trailer.

There are some things I like about the trailer but the costumes are bad. They look like they are straight out of a bad tv show verses epic movie. I am also getting a “silly” vibe off this trailer (like some of the silly from suicide squad 2) which doesn’t fit the vibe of Superman unless you are talking the cheesy Saturday morning cartoons.

I remember the first Man of Steel trailer and was so pumped. This doesn’t look as good. I know Cavill was a criticized choice but I liked him as Supes.

I haven't really been looking forward to this. Dude doesn't really look the part.
But that trailer made me feel a certain sort of way. Then there was the moment,.... Krypto!!! OMG they made a movie with Krypto! He'll yeah!!!

So yeah. I'm in.

David Corenswet is 6'4, 177 lbs. Tallest to play Superman since Christopher Reeve himself.

It will be interesting to see how he does and how the switching between roles (Clark to Superman and back again) is handled.

But I gotta say, Brandon Routhe has the look personified.
Was watching Legends of Tomorrow the other day and I kept thinking...that guy should play superman...turns out, he did.
