Capital improvements often do make money when you run an NFL team.

But it’s not right away and no direct line on a P&L to “prove” it so Bidwill can’t comprehend the notion. Hence why he’s a bad businessman.
Yes:

Better facilities = more attractive to FA = better players = better team = more fans/more merchandise sold.

pure speculation:

i think the family's cash distribution demands likely constrain spending. Combine that with bad management and you get last in the NFL.

They hired Walls to run the organization and MB take a back seat. But Jeremy still has to get approval to do stuff and MB still writes the checks.

It should in theory get better as that hire was only 18 months ago but the Bidwill family would be best served working from home and collecting checks.
And I am ok with a report card of Michael an F but the rest As and Bs. The problem is that he is such a credit vampire that he can't stay away and seemingly has little else to fill his time.

I wonder if the strength coaches and weight room get co-mingled by the players. Very few strength coaches rated under a B.
When my friend was a strength coach for the Cardinals it was the one spot that rated as an A for the Cards a couple of years back. Everything else was pretty much an F.

Thankfully my friend just got a job with the Giants as one of their strength coaches. I got to meet up with him this past weekend when my wife and I took a quick trip to NYC for fun.

Our owner sucks. And may be a total POS from the reports we all see.

But hey! He'll be in the AZ sports hall of fame soon!

Important to note that the Arizona Cardinals welcomed A TON of young players within the last two seasons.Meaning the rookies did not like what they saw from the team’s facility and they let it be known via the @NFLPA.
These kids coming out of the big college programs had better facilities in college, no doubt. Colleges use that as a huge recruiting tool these days. Sad an NFL team can't compete with that.

Nice to see at least Gannon got an A, 8th highest in the league.

Cardinals players on Jonathan Gannon:A: 8th of 32 teams
92 % feel Gannon uses their time efficiently, a rank of 21st out of 32.The players feel that Gannon is highly receptive to locker room feedback on the team’s needs, ranking him 7th.
Love JG. And I really like Monti. Given time and resources I think they can find some success. However with the current ownership and QB the upside is limited.

And for the record I still firmly believe we will be relieved of this moronic family as managing owners in the next 5-7 years when the new or revamped stadium push goes poorly.

Bidwill has pissed off just about every stakeholder in the Valley over the last two decades with his obnoxious and entitled behavior. Nobody is going to give him what he wants.

Everyone loves Monti and JG by the way locally.
I love when Mao starts talking Bidwill.

Or is it "Bidwill"? Let's ask the NFLPA:

You must be registered for see images attach

Dude is probably FUMING today. I'm sure things are very relaxed on Hardy Drive.

Difference between F locker room (Cardinals) and an A locker room (Falcons):

Bruh the players love that load-bearing pole in the middle of the locker room. That's the 53rd man.
