But judging by the response and activeness of the 47 total lifetime threads started in both of "other AZ sports", and "world sports", I thought that Nascar could find a happy home somewhere up here. Phoenix is home to 2 weeks a year of Nascar. But then again, I guess not many look down here in this forum to state an opinion judging by the activeness of the forum here....
Dude, nobody is stopping you from starting NASCAR threads... knock yerself out. The title of the forum does say "Other Sports". Is that the problem you have, NASCAR isn't a sport so you don't feel comfortable talking about it on a sports board

Let me go back to my very first post on this topic, I think it's relevant to your very last sentence....
OK, well forget about all the NASCAR talk, thats all. Forget I even started it. I just felt others would be into such an area here for that, but I can see that from the looks of some of the threads in here, that I'm not the only one with a bad idea.....
It just the fastest growing sport in the country right now and I felt that it had more interest down here. Guess not. Which is fine with me cause I'll get good seats at the next race
