Most of us seem to think that his decision making on the field is awful while at the same time drafting (and to a lesser extent bringing in FA's) has never been better in the desert.

Why not just let him run draft days? I'll bet right now that's where his passion is at.

I've included a poll because I like them.

Not sure if we should hire him per se, but thought should be given to having him work off his 2007 HC salary as the GM. We'd still need a coach who would be comfortable with Green making personell decisions.

I'd say yes to director of player personnel and development/scouting. He has a nose for football player talent but when it comes to finding coaching talent he'd be better off finding his @$$ with both hands.

Denny Green doesn't play well with others. I don't want him running this organization. Having him in complete control would only slightly be better than the Bidwills remaining in control.

And I don't think there's a coach in the NFL that would want to be the HC under Denny Green. No one would want to have a former coach looking over his shoulder like that.

how about if the bidwells took over (supposed to be a joke)

seriously folks...if he did get the gm job i believe it would be a figurehead for a year until his contract is over...that would be a waste..i don't believe they would trust his judgement in bringing in a coach and a staff
