I saw it last night during the Miami/KC Game. I was in a bar, so I didn't have sound, but it did not look like a parody of his infamous "We let them off the hook" speech. In the ad, he was't wearing a hat and was in a red shirt, if I remember correctly. Plus, he never looked angry in the ad.
