what a mess this season is, buc isn't that bad ... but our HC doesn't understand the 3-4 system ... or the players he has ... I don't know what he told Keim/Bidwill when they asked him for what he wanted to do ... but afte 5 games it looks like we have to cut former productive players and don't have any kind of equal production behind them.

It's hard to place a value on Bucannon. The current regime hasn't used him on defense in two of the five games. He can't get on the field for one of the worst defenses in the league and comes with a hefty contract. That reduces his trade value to swapping for another teams dead wood.

The reason a team would take a flier on Bucannon is that he was one of the trendsetters for using smaller faster players at inside linebacker.

if he were to get a third for deone it would be a win. he was a first and we got to use him for several years.

based on what I have seen on the nfln shows...I think Buchannon is fairly well regarded as a money backer... he may draw a better offer than folks thing.

not likely a first... but maybe a second...or more likely a third and a sixth kinda thing

I would look to the giants and the stillers.... the stillers lost shazier..his backup is playing really well but depth is still needed..and the giants have deones old boss, so maybe bettcher has a spot for him...not like their defense is really good or anything

Deone only has 10 games remaining on his contract. That hurts his value in a trade.
