Could this be an indication that Minter will be out longer than expected? Peck injuries can be quite tricky...
Yes, he inured his peck in the HOU game.oy...Minter's hurt?
If he can be 85 to 90% of what he once was, Bishop will be a steal, IMHO
A few years ago he was touted as one of the better 3-4 ILBs in the game.
Interesting. Might as well take a flyer on a potential high reward type player.
Except there's no risk since he's signed as a bottom end of the roster player replacing Sims. If he sticks great, if not, nothing lost.
Glad they're still searching for players at positions of need.
A guy that had what appears to only be 2 decent season in 7 was touted that high? I'm seriously asking because I don't recall ever hearing about the guy.
Still wish they addressed this need in the draft.
Whoever he'd have beaten out is the one who goes. They won't keep 5 ILB's. I'd expect Alexander to stay, if he's healthy, because he can play ST's well and was also used on the outside last year. If I had to guess, Demens is the on who should be worried.Top four ILB's, as of now, are Minter, Foote, Alexander and Demens. If Bishop sticks, who goes? Or could it mean one less OLB?

He's obviously a bright guy to pick up some of the defense that quick and not even having gone through a walk-through, just having some meeting time. I was very pleased with that."
