You mean the guy who has a total of 132 receiving yards (4.7 avg) with a long of 11 yards over the last half of the season? No, I am not super happy with him.
We have 3 stud WRs ahead of him so we use him in a hyper specific role that has proven valuable in several games. He's had a ton of fantastic plays in the short passing game this season and has consistently turned nothing into something. Do you actually think he's not good just because we haven't been throwing him the ball that much lately? You realize how many good pass catchers we have right? Not all of them are going to put up numbers every game, its literally impossible. Do you want us to bench Kirk for him?
You're happy with the 2nd-round pick that can't get downfield? Bless your heart.
You realize we aren't using him downfield on purpose right? It's not because he cant get downfield, its just that right now it makes more sense to use Kirk downfield. You'll get to see him downfield plenty next year when we don't resign Kirk.

I'll give him the benefit of a "we'll see next year," but we certainly haven't seen anything special this year. Hard to argue with the stats.

There's got to be something going on with Collins that we don't know about. He was decent in preseason & early on. Now he's getting zero snaps even when the game is out of hand. I'm not sure if it's disciplinary or not. It's just weird. There's no way that he isn't able to contribute in some shape or form on defense.
Why you trolling bro? He's not playing because he sucks

Do u really think persons would have played so much with VJ ahd Davis ?
Im pretty sure Zaven Collins would have put good numbers with the Cowboys
I don't understand how a guy with some potential can't play a single snaps in this horrific front seven
Can't be tried in some third downs rushing the passer? Is something he did in college, the guy is 6'5 260

Zavens Collins is too slow for the NFL. he would be a excellent player 20 years ago though

Getting him the ball isn't the problem. He is second on the team in receptions. Doing something with those receptions is the issue. He is obviously getting those catches on extremely short routes, but if he was a truly dynamic receiver, he would probably have broken a catch for longer than 11 yards in his last 7 games. He could also easily run deep routes with Kirk, but he isn't for some reason. He didn't really in college, either. It's odd.

Also, if there is too much talent ahead of Moore for him to produce, why take him in the second round? Why not take a guy like Azeez Ojulari who was taken 1 pick later and would fill a big need as a situational pass rusher (he has 8 sacks this season)? This team isn't talented enough to redshirt high draft picks. Much less two in the same year.
