So hes basically as good as JJ WattFun little stat I noticed.
Dennis Gardeck for his career in 6+ seasons has played 1052 defensive snaps and has 17 career sacks.
JJ Watt in 2015 played 1004 defensive snaps and had 17.5 sacks.
I dont trust analytics. Thats what has all these dumb coaches going for it on 4th on the wrong side of the 50 and not taking the FG's anymore down near the Goal line. You must be registered for see images attach
Yeah I think it’s reasonable to argue, if we are using this chart as the benchmark, that Garrett is around 13. That’s pretty good. The chart is oriented so that the “good” results are in the upper-right. Higher passer rating allowed and yards per snap are “bad”, so it’s reversed from if this charted WRs.
Is ST5 on this?
The only place we have an advantage offensively is QB, and that’s only when kyler is on.I dont think their offense can keep up with ours. It all depends on our defense
CDSThe only place we have an advantage offensively is QB, and that’s only when kyler is on.
If st brown is healthy their receivers are better than ours.
Their two deep rb is better than ours.
The tightends are close, but laporta probably edges mcbride.
Their offensive line is better.
I don't think anyone is ready to say we are better than Detroit. BUT, based on the first two games this season? We have the number 2 offense and Detroit is #16. It's a new season, every season is different. The only place we have an advantage offensively is QB, and that’s only when kyler is on.

We are number 2 in scoring offense despite our rag-tag team of receivers. Detroit is on the bottom half. We have put it altogether despite Detroit having better players at skilled positions, thats what im getting at.The only place we have an advantage offensively is QB, and that’s only when kyler is on.

The problem is trusting either way 100% of the time. The eyeball test and analytics should be used together to help verify or rule out.The pushback against analytics is kinda funny.

Have you watched the Lions this year? Their offense has not been that impressive, including against the Rams who we just torched. This game hinges on the offense. We need at least 30 pts.
As far as the defense, like it or not we are going to see the bend don’t break plan. Hold them to field goals. It will be huge if we can get a couple of sacks in key moments and a turnover.
I agree. Whichever team hits the other QB more and gets some turnovers will win the game. If you look at it that way, you say the edge is to the Lions. However, if we can run the ball the way we have in the first two games, that evens some of that out.Have you watched the Lions this year? This matchup legit could go either way. I think it comes down to how much pressure they can produce on Kyler.
That is what everyone was saying about Sean McVay last weekThe X factor is....Jared Goff.
Dude has been a Cardinal Killer his entire career. Rallis needs to have an answer.
