How is it fair to say that? He almost was. Because he's lost two playoff series? I remember hearing the same thing about Giannis as recently as the series against Brooklyn last year. Now he's the consensus best player alive.

Come on... look back at the film. Dallas' game plan was "let anyone but Booker get a look". He was double teamed and trapped almost every single time he got the ball in the first half. It is a wonder he got off 6 shots. Unfortunately, none of the other guys stepped up. We got lots of open looks but guys either bricked, chickened out and passed the ball or drove at the hoop into a swarm of guys trying to cause a turnover.
