Meanwhile... 9 strikeouts thru 7 innings today against the Giants. No doubt headed for yet another double-digit strikeout performance. Incredible... They are obliterating the alltime record for futility (K's by a team in a single season)...

I hope we end with the second worst record, for one reason, and his name is Matt Purke, this kid is going to be an absolute stud. No reason to win now, no one seems to care anyways. Heres to Purke & Jungman in '11.

Piecoro has some nice suggestions. I like his suggestion of going after Soriano and Putz but I don't know about going after K-Rod. Arroyo would be a great signing if at the right price. Cody Ross would be a great fit in LF and of course everyone is saying Reynolds has got to go, I agree but not for Kouzmanoff as suggested.
