I know what you are saying 82, but there are too many variables and too many games left. As Yogi said, "it ain’t over till it’s over". While I'm at it, my favorite "You should always go to other people's funerals, otherwise, they won't come to yours."

I feel pretty certain that if we lose 3 games or all 4 against the Reds, the wildcard is gone and we can only hope for a miracle to win the west. As I mentioned somewhere else, we have 7 games left against the Dodgers. So, if after lost 3 or 4 against the Reds, IF the Dodgers don't get back on another historical win parade, and IF we can somehow win more than we lose, than yes - those 7 games will be the determining factor...
All that said, I go back to my original view which is, if we lose 3 or 4 against the Reds, the season is over...

Cingrani has had trouble going past the 5th or 6th inning. We need to get to him early. Corbin did not have his best game last outing, but he has been steady all year and is very capable of going deep into the game. We need it in the worst way.
