Those turned out pretty well, though I think the A cap logo would look much better.

You are not alone. My wife and I only wear the old colors and run into plenty of people around town and at the games that feel the same way.

doesn't sit right with me.

I was all about it and thought buying one and how it goes to a good cause. Then I saw the jersey is $220 with out any personalization and the hat is $40. Not sure they are going to sell too many at that price. $150 for the hat and jersey and I would have got both.

That's what I'm talking about, my favorite was the old road gray vest.

Me too. Could it be because the "rival" Padres have been wearing camo's for quite awhile?

When I was younger, those of us who opposed our involvement in French Indo China (Viet Nam) were accused of not supporting the troops. I don't like anything that glorifies war.

But I certainly do support the troops by advocating not sending American kids to fight in un-winnable wars in foreign countries.

As far as MLB paying tribute to Memorial Day, how better could they honor it than to dress like troops? Although they could do it with a patch on their sleeves.

When will it all stop?
