We need a manager who recognizes when his pitchers are done. One of the things Melvin has done all year is leave his pitchers in too long. When Owings walked the 2 batters he should have been pulled,as last nite, when Hernandez got two on, he should have been pulled.

This has been one of Melvin's big problems all year.

I wouldn't give him an extension based on how he has managed this series.
