Stern was aware there was an fbi investigation the last two seasons right? That hurts a lot too.

As far as I know, the investigation goes back two years, according the the Post it started over a year ago, and Stern has been informed of it. I have not read anywhere when he was made aware of it, only that the feds told the league not to go public with it.

Actually the investigation goes back 1 year. There is evidence that he bet on games he reffed in over the past 2 years. The question that I have is "Did Stern know who was being investigated?". If he did, why would he have him ref in the series that everyone was saying was the de facto Finals? I understand having to continue letting him ref so as not to tip anyone off, but heck he could have reffed the Nets/Cleveland series. That was so ugly that no one would have noticed.
