I didn't expect a win, but I didn't expect to be totally embarrassed

I expected this blow out. I am not surprised at all. This team is so terribly coached and the play calling is abysmal. It is truly time to replace Arians and his entire staff at years end. This rebuild has to start with the coaches.

I expect the cards to come to london with a HC and go back without, like many teams did already if they continue like that. But the players are rarely in position to do something. It's disheartening, seeing this D players getting outcoached like that.

And O-line, do not know, they only moved on from ted larsen and bobby massie, it's not like they didn't bring in a #1 player and some other veterans that should perform and Iupati and Veldeheer are 30 not 40 ... this O-line debacle isn't about GM giving players. If you draft 10 players in 5 years at least 1 should be amount to something. Not so under BA.

I am really depressed right not. Not just because of the game either. But even I can see that this team was doomed from the start. Lets remember that we lost our best player (best RB and 2nd best WR all in one injury) before the season started. Lost our starting LT and LG. Who is protecting Palmers blind side? Seriously, I don't know who is doing that. Plus our RT is having, lets be nice and say adjustment issues (but probably he has emotionally checked out)

The Oline is a train wreck which means no holes for the running game which would have been bad enough WITH David Johnson. Even worse without him. And Palmer is getting killed and again, without Johnson he is losing (sort of) the threat of the run which would help keep defenses honest plus an easy target. Making his job harder even if he had a good line in front of him.

None of this has anything to do with the GM or Coach. I don't think ANY team in the league is going to be able to overcome all that.

If you want to blame the GM ask why we didn't replace Floyd and if you want to blame the Coach ask why we gave up a TD in (I think) the 3rd when it was 3rd and really long. But overall I think the team played ok. Defense showed up late and gave up some big plays on gambles that didn't need to happen. I thought the tackling was a bit unenthusiastic at times. At one point I was wondering what happened to our thumpers like Bucannon, Dansby and Honey Badger.

If they didn't meet your expectations you need to change your expectations. This team is going to struggle all year and there isn't really anything anyone can do about it. So buckle up buttercup. Its going to be a bumpy ride.

I'm not buying the injury excuse. I just watch the packers run all over the cowboys with 4 guards and a center. Their rookie 3rd string rib claimed they 'simplified' things because of the situation . Novice idea. Of course they have a qb that can extend plays. Another novice idea.

The most vexing thing was to watch Cardinal players during the first couple of possessions, lunging, grabbing and just standing around. And, oh yeah, trotting in pursuit.

It only got worse from there.
