i believe Kingsbury will turn this offense into something better than average. His defenses at Tech was always the problem. The moves we’ve made with players, coaches and scheme tend to make me believe this defense will be better than adequate especially adding another weapon like Bosa. With the rest of the draft we can add a top flight Wr, a solid o-lineman and very good te. These are all tools to make this offense go. Call me foolish for believing in C2K but I think he can turn this offense into something special WITH Rosen. I will support whatever the Cardinals do but when I look a what Kingsbury has done with offenses and a variety of quarterbacks I think he will work his offense around his qb and personnel. And I think it will be sweet to watch.

The reason that his defenses at Texas Tech weren't good is because of the way college football is structured. His offense has always been powerful. But when it comes to recruiting a good defensive kid doesn't want to go to a known offense of powerhouse place. They would rather go to a good defensive school. So the as you know the NFL is different that he doesn't actually have to recruit players on the defense side. As a result concerns about his previous defensed should be for for naught.

I believe in him enough to trust whatever he wants to do at the QB position

My thoughts exactly.

It's funny to hear all of the pundits that talked smack about the hiring. As all the rest of you have pointed out, Kingsbury's issues at Texas Tech were never a coaching issue, it was a recruiting issue

I have a really good feeling about Kingsbury and his coaching staff.

Yeah, it's very possible NFL is a much better fit for him than college coaching. They are very different jobs when you look at the heavy emphasis on recruiting at the college level.

College coaches have to have good recruiters or be good recruiters themselves. Also some programs just recruit better because of a combination of location, history, and facilities.

Texas Tech is a place that is hard to win consistently because the location just sucks. Why go there when you can go to the other Texas schools or Oklahoma?

The worst college coaches to bring to the NFL are the ones who were good because of the recruiting classes they brought in. With Kingsbury, we know he's a good offensive mind, so everything else is incumbant on the rest of the staff.
