I wish this was a vbookie so I could bet no and double up.
I'd bet Yes and double up

Charlie Casserley, who knows a thing or two about picking in the draft, says he wouldn't touch him before the fourth round.
By the time draft day rolls around, what will we need?
My guess - Lots of things; including backup/possible starting help at TE, DE/LB, ILB, CB and the OL.
It usually takes a couple of years (or more) to develop a QB.
If we drafted a Tebow or anyone else at QB before round 4, we'd have one less pick to help us fill those other needs - and then we'd have to wait a couple of years to see if the guy developed.
Listening to a few of the NFL Network guys (whose views on Tebow are mixed) I came away with the feeling that he's got the physical ability and the leadership intangibles and that he can probably overcome the kinks in his throwing motion, but that his main problem (& one that could derail him forever) is "field-vision"/decision-making.
Even if Tebow's problem is accurately described, it shouldn't necessarily mean an automatic death-knell; but it raises enough of a question-mark to make a decision to forego a drafting a player at another position a risky and longer-range proposition I'm not sure we should take.
(Note - I'm foregoing the Cardinal-red text because cardsfanmd said he finds it jarring to the eyes. Do you all agree)?

Jeff, I like your use of the colored font!(Note - I'm foregoing the Cardinal-red text because cardsfanmd said he finds it jarring to the eyes. Do you all agree)?
I can see the Colts grabbing Tebow in the end of tge first, he's smart, mature, dedicated and competitive just like Manning. I can see Peyton grooming him until he is ready to retire in 3 years or so.
I'd bet Yes and double up
