Domingo German tossed four scoreless innings in relief when Jordan Montgomery left his last start with an elbow strain. He’ll get a chance to make his first major league start Sunday in place of Montgomery, who is expected to be out up to two months. “The way I look at it is to focus on doing my job,’’ German said through an interpreter before the Yankees beat the Indians, 5-2, on Saturday for their fifth straight victory. “I want to do my job so I can create a bigger opportunity and hopefully stay in the rotation.” That would be fine with Aaron Boone. “We’ll see how it evolves,’’ the manager said of Montgomery’s spot. “I foresee [German] being in the rotation — at least a couple times through
