Rome is still on? I have not listened to him in a decade.Jim Rome is not happy with his clones today. All they are doing is Luka fat jokes on their "reaction to the trade" calls, texts, and posts on X.

I was surfing channels the other day and accidentally hit the Jungle, so I've been listening for a few days now. My dad is almost 80 in Vegas and still listens to him all the time, so I was aware that he was still on the air. LOLRome is still on? I have not listened to him in a decade.
I was surprised as well.Rome is still on? I have not listened to him in a decade.
I’m hearing no one in Dallas cares about the negative aspects of luka. People are pissed and the media is roasting Nico Harrison.
yeah his press conference was beyond strange. he said he would be buried in 10 years. and watching him say that J-kidd didn't know about the trade, but he and J-Kidd are aligned as one. he's getting fleeced by dallas fans and media. I can't wait til a couple of weeks from now when Dirk will be sitting on a roundtable as a special guest for 1310 the ticket's annual fan fest. I imagine a lot of the discussion will be about this.Harrison's comments about the trade haven't helped.

you mean, cried tears of joy!REPORT: Luka Dončić apparently bought a $15 million house in Dallas last week and reportedly cried when he found out the Mavericks traded him, per Chandler Parsons.
I don't think he and the new mavericks owners realized how much doncic was beloved in dallas.I don't think he survives through the 26 season.
OK, Captain Obvious!Suns fans saying what they would trade for Luka is ironic. Could have just drafted him originally instead of Deandre Ayton.
Dallas writer Tim McMahon is reporting that Luka has shot up to nearly 270 pounds.
I think we’re going to hear a lot of really ugly Dončić stories over the next few days.
At least make the Fakers give up 4 1stsNBA should, but won't squash this one. They LOOOOOOOVE this.
Don't presume the Mavericks are just head in the wall stupid. Maybe this guy is just falling apart and they would be the ones in a position to know.
This trade cost Doncic $116 million because he can no longer get the supermax deal he was eligible for in Dallas. And he bought the $15 million house in Dallas, too, and has to deal with that. AD's house in L.A. is worth $31 million so they can't even do a straight house swap. Plus, he is going from a state with no personal income tax to one with the highest personal income tax in the country. Ouch.you mean, cried tears of joy!
"report?" "apparently?"
brilliant PR to, coincidentally, buy a house in Dallas the week before. If he loses a couple million in the flip (he won't) the cover it provides is well worth the investment. His PR statement was brilliant too. Yes, sir they know what they're doing these days. Doncic jerseys are flyin out the door.
That's why all this conspiracy talk is so stupid. Luka would be in on it and nobody leaves $116 million on the table and buys a new house if he is scheming to get to the Lakers. Having said that, the Mavs are idiots. They were robbed blind by the Lakers. They could have gotten a ton more on the open market. This trade cost Doncic $116 million because he can no longer get the supermax deal he was eligible for in Dallas. I think Luka will do fine though. More commercials, the limelight, etc. As long as he keeps his health in check and puts in the work it is a great opportunity for him, especially being only 25 years old. I bet he'll be a monster whenever he faces his old team.
