Versatility (as in the ability to play more than one position) is of real value and impact. Someone like Glenn could help allow a team to dress just seven 0-lineman on game day.

And that my friend has been the Cards problem IMO. Draft me a LT & a RT, I don't want to hear Cards brass say "He can play outside & inside & is versatile". They're mindset in drafting OL & OLB needs to change.
