No one heard them almost fight on air this morning? I thought they were going to brawl. You could hear Wolf shove the microphone and said, do you wanna go? Doug said if punching me in the face will make you feel better then go ahead. They came back from commercial, and Doug tried to apologize, and Wolf didn't want to hear it and just basically said whatever, what's the next thing we are talking about. . I was like damn. Haha

More details? What lead up to it. I've always gotten the vibe that the two of them dont really get along. Doug always makes offhand comments that piss wolf off. And when wolf gets on his rants Doug has a way of dismissing what wolf said.

wolf is over to top...and that's why his on air personality works. But come on the guy talks like he was an all pro player. He was a scrub on bad teams and. His bravato and I'M THE MAN who lived it fun to hear, but he's a bit of a clown because we know he's over the top...but that's what makes good radio.
Doug tries to pull him down to earth sometimes or simply make a joke and Wolf in his 'shut up ...I'm the MAN who LIVED it on the field' can't take the joke at all...it's as if what he is talking about is too serious to joke on. I'd love to hear Doug say "Lighten up buttercup"

Wolf was explaining how the Raiders are a brand. Doug said younger people don't think so. Doug took to twitter to prove his point. Wolf said he didn't care about twitter. Doug said it was over Wolf's head. Wolf told Doug to shut up. Doug said Wolf wasnt man enough to tell him to shut up. That's when you heard the microphone get shoved and Wolf asking Doug if he wanted to go. Doug said he could punch him in the face if it made him feel better. Then a long akward silence. Doug said they would be back to talk about Burfict. . Then they went to a commercial.

Ron Wolfley is a horrible radio host, and Doug may be worse. If they fought it would be the most interesting thing that happened on that show......maybe ever.

Without knowing what the conversation was about, I would suggest Doug was right, and Wolfley was insulted because he didn't get to do his daily 25 minute rant about "warriors" and "mercinaries", and some other BS that he says to try and make it like no other person has played a contact sport in this world and need his "insight" to describe the situation.

It's crap.

I used to try and listen to Doug & Wolf, and "___" & Gambo, and both shows suck to be honest. Boring, and they don't talk Arizona sports, let alone the Cardinals.

They talk about the Cardinals for 10 minutes, and then regurgitate the nation sports news for 4 hours.

So as usual Doug was right Wolf was wrong, and Wolf was too stupid to defend himself with words.

Too bad it didn't come to blows. Wolfley's had so many concussions I bet Doug could knock him out with a feather.

I am the opposite - I can only take Wolf if very small doses. His act gets old quick, and he says the same phrases over and over and over and over and over and over again, my brothas!

I worked with the guys for a couple years and have seek this before... I don't think it was manufactured but two guys get my carried away in the moment... They shook it off in the next segment as they typically do... I will say wolf didn't look smart here.
