The NFL draft has been formatted for the casual fan and not the die hard fan. Someone mentioned "dog and pony show" and that describes it perfectly. The remote location announcements with "special " announcers borders on pathetic. I found myself flipping to The Golf Channel between picks and that is a sad state of affairs when watching other guys play golf is more interesting.

PS, I spit my Yoo Hoo out when the adolescent Boys and Girls Club "guest announcer" read off " The Atlantic Falcons select Brain Hill RB Yo Ming university and the kid next to her said "it's Wyoming dummy".
