They've kept the depth of the team...but have grossly mismanaged player contracts and even risked losing Warner which was an embarrassing situation that should have never happened.

Now they've boxed themselves into a corner with the Boldin thing. Even if Boldin stays and they say they didn't get a good offer, Boldin will continue to fume and even today RG reiterated that same old "when we see a window of opportunity" (re: a new deal)...please...

If they trade Boldin and the deal is less than what the media and the fans think is good, the Cardinals will reassume the "they don't want to win" stigma.

That's why I called this thing a monster and it already biting the Cardinals where it hurts.

They won't give him away. They've acknowledged that they are a playoff team with Boldin. Without him they probably are, but beyond that?
