Draft History Question

When was the last time the Cards took a QB with their 1st pick in the draft, who was it, and how many prior to that? Thinking about possibilities for next year, QB in the 1st round?????

Next years top QBs per Mel Kiper - Eli Manning, Navarre, Luke McCown, Casey Clausen, J.P. Losman, Cody Pickett, Jared Lorenzen, Jason Fife, Rod Rutherford, Matt Schaub, Jon Van Cleave.

Rosenbach was taken in the old "Supplemental Draft" in 1989 and counted as the Cards #1 selection in 1990.
