Cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie (knee, toe) and safety Antrel Rolle (thigh) each did some limited work today, a good sign for the Cards’ secondary heading into the playoffs. Wide receiver Anquan Boldin (ankle) didn’t practice, and his comments were the same as yesterday — he’s getting better, we’ll see if he can play. He did say the ankle is a bigger problem than the knee, however. Guard Deuce Lutui (back) didn’t practice, but he expects to practice tomorrow and neither him or coach Ken Whisenhunt seemed concerned it will keep Lutui out of the game.
Defensive end Calais Campbell (thumb) was limited again, and he is trying to get used to the cast. He said he will have the injury checked again today. He remained cautious about playing — saying he doesn’t want to hurt the team — but I would guess the Cards want him active if possible.
Tight end Ben Patrick (head) also returned to practicing fully.
