According to Urban the 6th year is a player option year. Not as good as we thought but it does help spread out the cap over a longer period of time.

Cant find out base salaries until the NFLPA opens up on Monday.

As for taking a stab at it probably very close to -

6 years, 9.5 Mill gauranteed(any combo of roster and signing), 15.5 Total.

Base salaries will most likely be veteran minimum for years one through 4 like most other players outside of the top 10 or QB's. 5th and 6th year jumps up considerably compared to veteran minimum deals.
