PHX gets its PG of the future cause Dragic is better off the bench.

We also get our starting center of the future. Jamal Crawford replaces Richardson in the long run as well. Pietrus replaces Hill.

So our lineup would look like this:

PG: Collison, Dragic
SG: Crawford, Childress
SF: Pietrus, 2011 first round rookie or Clark
PF: Frye, Warrick
C: Gortat, Lopez

Atlanta and PHX would have to sent 1st rounders to Orlando & Indiana.

The Pacers are currently playing Collison as a SG, but now they get a real SG in Richardson. Bibby can also mentor they young PG into a good one.

Then Orlando gets Nash & Turkoglu to help them get to the Finals.

Atlanta needs an immediate upgrade at that PG spot and thats exactly what Nelson is. Plus they get a good 3pt shooter in Dudley. Also getting rid of Bibby is a +. Every other player they get are on expiring contracts too so Atlanta saves $$.

Since PHX & ATL benefit the most, they have to give up the 1st rounders.

What do you guys think? I think Nash deserves to win a championship and its certainly not gonna come in PHX. Plus we need to rebuild for the future.

This trade would make us a dynasty for a while. We will be like the Thunder....a young and talented team. It could take a season or two to get to that championship caliber team but it took the Thunder a while too.

A. Your link is weird. 2. You have way too much time on your hands and D. This trade makes the Suns even smaller.

Still don't understand this love affair with Gortat.

A trade is nice, but that is way, way, way overboard.

Fixed the link. And how does it make us even smaller?

We now have an actual big man playing the PF and C position. Plus good depth behind them.

I know this is a "dream trade" but how many 19 player trades have there been in the NBA?

If by "dream" you mean "nightmare," then your description is accurate. Collison has no potential as a top-quality PG, Crawford is a huge downgrade from Richardson -- not to mention older (!) -- and so you're gutting the roster for Pietrus, who has "career seventh man" written all over him, and Gortat, who was available for the taking this summer had the Suns offered him Frye's money.

This trade would make us a dynasty for a while.

It's not even a playoff team, and it has no realistic prospects for improvement.

Do you honestly think this would make us as young and talented as the Thunder, let alone a dynasty?

And sorry if I'm knitpicking here but when did the Thunder become a championship caliber team? It obviously wasn't last season when they got done in the 1st round. They've started well this year but championship caliber?

This trade makes us a top 7 lottery team which is very nice if you didn't trade all our draft picks for that.
