Now the Fins fans seem to think they can get Bolden [not my mistype] and for a conditional 2nd.

I explained that Boldin isn't available and if he were it would be for a lot more than that.

I'd trade Q for a conditional 2nd.

Here is how it would work.
2nd rd pick
If he catches one pass, it becomes next years 1st rd pick.
If he catches 2 passes it becomes next years 1st & 2nd.
If he catches 3 passes it becomes next year's & the 2010 1st rd picks.

Acutally it is the complete wrong analogy. Marion was constantly being put on the market and complaining that he was always being offered. Anquan is not on the market and the Cards refuse to trade him.

With a future HOF player, you don't get rid of them, you make them happy. Especially when they're catching passes on 3rd down, keeping drives alive and winning you games.

Boldin is invaluable. Fitzgerald scores TDs, but Boldin gets you there.

Call me crazy but I think we are going to hear about this next week to. Rosenhaus is going to hump the leg of his issue until he is raw.....or until week 8 and he has no choise but to deal with it till the end of the season.

I just think something's going on--why else would all these great WRs suddenly want to go play in Miami? They complain about the team they are on doesn't want to commit to winning (Cards, Bengals), and then they want to go to a team with a great past but an awful present?

I don't know if it's against the rules, it's just clear Rosenhaus is the worst.

I think Im right that Chad is from Cali, but Q is from Florida, so it makes sense that he would target the Dolphins.. If thats what is going on..

Perception but not reality. They are both really good at getting 1st downs and Getting you there.

Fitz has more 1st downs per catch getting a 1st down on 67% of his catches while Boldin is only at 63%.

1st downs per game - Fitz 3.71, Boldin 3.82.

Anquan Boldin distanced himself from his agent’s latest salvo in his campaign to get the receiver traded. Drew Rosenhaus was quoted Thursday in the Palm-Beach (Fla.) Post, saying, “There’s a guy that (the Dolphins are) playing against that wouldn’t mind being in a Dolphins uniform in Anquan Boldin. ... Q is a WARRIOR!!! BUT...

Based on what I've seen recently I feel that EVEN if he did leave we have a very good core of receivers waiting in the wings. A lil' green to be sure, BUT they're also growing in confidence every day. So, no matter how this all turns out, I feel confident about the Cards' future. A GREAT head-coach is MUCH harder to re-place than a GREAT WR!! GO CARDS!!

True that. Everytime this crap comes out I get calls from Eagles, Cowboys and Patriots fans asking when they can have Quan. I say when his contract is up, three years from now.

DR tried to tick off the front office to force a trade. Didn't work. Now it sounds like he's trying to rile the fans with this BS. That won't work either. I'll cheer for Quan until he stops playing with heart or is traded to a team I can't stand.
