Said his biggest failure was when he had Hill hold out on the Dolphins and that ended up with him being traded to the Cards. Hinted that was why he never reached his full potential.

Drew Rosenhaus will be on "the herd" tomorrow as well. Maybe Colin Cowherd will ask him more questions. I don't know what time he will be on, but the show starts at 9AM AZ time. You can listen at http://ktar.com/sports/

Gambo and Ash could've asked him about his comments that Boldin would like to be playing for the Dolphins right now but they didn't.

why did KTAR have him on. a forum of people calling and talking about how much of a scumbag he is would have been more entertaining then someone being a passive agressive punk on the radio.

He's pimping the new book by his brother and him. Anyone seen with this book deserves a beatdown.

I agree with restructuring Boldin's deal for the simple reason that they said they would. I do not hold with restructuring every time a player has a good year. If that is how they want it then only 1 year contracts should be allowed.

Maybe if Gambo and Ash had any guts they would have asked him Who should the Cardinals cut in order to give Boldin an extension?? Would he accept a pay plan that would only pay him for games played?

Are we not numb to this already ?

Oh yeah, and Rosenhaus is scum and all I care about is 3TD in last week's game.

Sidenote: Please continue to post about it. I am just sayin' is all.

"what ever happened to the concept of giving a man that he deserves?"
what ever happened to the concept of honoring the contract you signed? I wonder if Drew is giving the Raiders or Broncos any money back because of Javon Walker's performance drop.

There should be some type of clause that if a player wants to renegotiate a contract, they must pay back any signing bonus prorated over the remaining years of the original contract.

So, if Boldin signed a 5 year contract with a 10 million dollar bonus, and has played 2 years of that contract, he needs to repay 6 million before negotiating a new deal (So, basically, if he wants Fitz money, the max he could get would be a net of 6 million less).

I listened to the interview last night. My impressions is that he is smart and is a very good debater. A guy of Gambo's intellect trying to put Drew on the hot seat is an unfair matchup. To Gambo's credit he tried but fell flat on his face within seconds of the interview.

I was very disappointed in both Gambo and Ash as I think they could have dug a little deeper with some of Drew's responses.

For example, Drew kept comparing guys like TO who had 1 year left on their deals getting their contracts redone to Anquan and Dockett who have multiple years left on their deals. I would have really hammered Drew on that one.

Drew kept saying it wasn't fair that Boldin and Dockett weren't making more money. I would have mentioned to Drew that hey, that is the way that the NFL is currently set up. Sure it's not always fair. However the Rules are the Rules.

Another thing I would have called Drew out on is that he was very proud of the fact that he hasn't had a client hold out in years and doesn't believe in holding players out. Yet later he says he will hold Boldin out if he isn't traded next year.

I would have called him out on Boldin never signing a new contract with the Cards. Especially when his client Briggs said exactly the same thing.

To Drew's credit he did correct Ash when Ash claimed the Cards were the cheapest franchise in the NFL. Drew went on to say that was completely untrue and that the Cardinals made Edge and Fitz the highest paid players at their positions. He also said he has a very good working relationship with Graves and Whisenhunt.

Drew is clearly good at what he does. That is why he has so many clients. He has a lot of Cardinals as clients (Boldin, Dockett, James, A. Smith, Rolle, and more). You just have to realize that most of what is coming out of his mouth is Agent talk so take it with a huge grain of salt.

Yeah Gambo and Ash sounded pretty dumb trying to get him with some hard questions. They should have definately stated hey there is a difference between a guy in his last year of a contract and guys with multiple years left on deals wanting new one just because they want more money. F*&# that you signed the deal that was a good deal for you at the time and now because you played better you want more money? If you start playing badly or get hurt are you giving money back? Thats what they should do give them contract and write in clauses that if they get injured or don't put up certain numbers then the Cards are not obligated to pay certain amounts of money in the contract. Yeah that would be too fair never gonna happen, but what the Cards can do is make them play out their contracts or just SIT and don't play and kill your own value as a player.
