I did... Chicago overpaid and got screwed in the process.... Not one other team was gonna trade up to that spot and give up an equivalent haul to grab Tribusky.... To think so is laughable.... Oh I'm sure the Nin ers played it that way. Genius by them....

So the more likely scenario in your mind is that Chicago ignorantly overpaid for the #2 spot because San Fran was playing them, and that no other team was aggressively trying to obtain that #2 spot, despite the fact that we saw 2 teams trade into the top 10 later on to take QBs.

Some people get the extended warranty on appliances and some don't. I think everyone has to have car insurance and it's dumb not to have home owners or renters insurance. I recently purchased a used SUV and paid for the extended warranty and I'm glad I did because timing chain broke and I had another big repair that was covered.

Bears purchased themselves some insurance and if they love Trubinsky then I understand why. I wouldn't have purchased the product and therefore wouldn't have needed the expensive insurance.

Cleveland missed out again on this Bears/Niners trade. Hell, if they were smart, they would have made the same trade with the Bears, letting them have the first pick and walking away with all those picks. Bears would have surely moved to 1 instead of 2 for the same price. Strike one on Browns after the first pitch of the game. Woosh, swing and miss once again.
