I believe Mike Bidwill believes this.. I don't though.. Gonna be a miserable season..
And what's weird is the only people that don't think this season isn't gonna be a disaster are the people on this site.. Everyone I talk to outside of here shares my belief this is going to be a long miserable season..
Dude - doesn't most of the NFL fanbase ALWAYS believe a Cardinal season will be miserable?? And, with the exception of the Warner years, they've been right... So nothing new there...
As for me, I really don't see any reason why this coming season will be much different than what we've had since Warner retired.
If we reach 6 wins, I would consider that quite an accomplishment... Anything more would be miraculous... Of course, we have seen plenty of teams experience incredible one-year turnarounds as of late. Heck, the SeaHawks did it just last season.
However, I am so not sold on this team and the incredible lack of talent across the board is alarming.
Aside from Fitz, Peterson, D-Wash (but of course he's suspended), Campbell and Dockett, I really struggle to find top quality talent that even comes close to the amount found on the SeaHawks... not to mention the 9ers (who have 13 picks in the upcoming draft!).
So yea... the odds are that this will be a very long and miserable season for the Cards. But, isn't that like saying it's going to be sunny and warm in Phoenix today??
