Early Academy Award Nominee predictions?

I havent seen any really good performances from a female yet this year. Although Halle Berry looks like she plays one helluva role in the upcoming Gothika! Cant wait to see it!

But on a short list for the guys I would say that ones deserving are as follows:

1. Sean Penn (Mystic River)
2. Robert Duvall (Secondhand Lions)
3. Cuba Gooding Jr. (Radio)
4. Ed Harris (Radio)

Anyone else agree or disagree? Any other good choices and recommended viewings???
