Boston off to a good start. Up 13-7.
I like BOSTON to take this in 6 games(i'm definately pulling for the Celts). They're a solid road team.
Should be a very hard fought series.

Is it just me or is Paul Pierce beginning to look more and more like a crackhead every year?

It is definetly going to be a long series. Orlando is facing a tough competition unlike the first two they've had earlier in the playoffs.

It does not look like the Celts team Phoenix beat in Boston.

Both teams looked lousy. The West wins the title this year.

You are crazy. Defense wins championships and except for the slip up and the end Boston's defense looked fantastic all game long. I think Boston looked good.

Let this be a lesson to the Suns though. Orlando hoisted 20 something 3's and didn't do anything in the lane for the most part. Orlando relied to heavily on the 3 point shot to win them this game. Boston played Howard one on one almost the entire game and stayed at home on the Orlando 3 point shooters.

The Lakers will try and do the same to the Suns and we don't even have a post presence like Howard.

I think Boston certainly looks better than they did in the regular season but it looked to me that the Magic missed a lot of open shots.

The Suns have a much more diverse offense than the Magic.

The Suns will post anyone that has a mismatch. Orlando has basically one post player and that guy needs to catch it near the rim to be effective.

The Suns main post player is really better facing up in isolation and can hit an outside shot.

Boston looked good.

I would love for the Suns to have home court if they manage to get past the Lakers.

They looked good because Orlando couldn't hit a shot and Howard has no post game.

The Suns need the three-point shot to win; their entire offense is based on the presence of dangerous three-point shooters. I don't have a problem with that.

The Lakers will try and do the same to the Suns and we don't even have a post presence like Howard.

Stoudemire's post game is vastly superior to Howard's, and he has the added advantage of being able to shoot free throws.

The Suns are better than the Magic.

Weirdest post of the day. Anyone wants anything for Vince Carter other then his mother? LMAO

Especially from a Suns fan (I am assuming)whose team is on the other side of the bracket.

I agree completely. Boston's defense in the passing lanes looks good. Howard is a beast of a shot blocker. But both teams execute an offense poorly.

Shooting is poor.

Its a title for LA or Phoenix. Yikes!

That was only part of it. They had good trapping and rotating defense the entire day. They did a great job on the pick and roll.

The Suns need the three-point shot to win; their entire offense is based on the presence of dangerous three-point shooters. I don't have a problem with that.

That is not what I said. I said they can't rely on the 3 point shot to win them games (a la D'Antoni). They must have balance or the Lakers will park it on our 3 pointers and we will be done. If we have balance then the Lakers have to worry about shutting down multiple things.

The Suns are better than the Magic.

I am not sure the Suns are better then the Lakers, Magic or Celtics. However, if the Suns man handle the Lakers by doubts will disappear.

By this comment i'm assuming you watched the majority of it. I couldn't disagree more....although i'm not surprised. I can imagine how many SUNS fans could watch this game and come away with that feeling.

I enjoy a gritty defensive gem like this. BOSTON played some mammoth defense against a pretty good offensive team in ORLANDO.
How do you define a lousy game? Low shooting percentages? Too many turnovers?

I'm curious.

I was born in canada and grew up partially there and in phoenix.. So by default I was always a raptors fan and when they got vince carter I loved his dunks and athleticism.. He instantly became my favorite player growing up and I've followed him through every team he played for.. I now really dislike the raptors because they've got some pretty annoying fans that I didn't like associating myself with when I had moved back to Canada for college. So once I came back here to phx I knew right away that the suns will always be my favorite team.

In no way in hell am I assuming the suns already lost to the lakers. That will NOT happen. Suns will beat LA this series. I'm just saying, as far as the east goes I am going for Orlando because of VC.. They are my fall back team. Now if a Suns/Magic finals happen I will be going for phoenix 110.99%.. If they lose it won't be as bad for me because I finally got to see my favorite player win a championship.
