Pretty wild from signing a 3 yr 44mm deal to that being medically nulled.. to a 1 year deal… to retiring. Must of had a pretty big medical issue going on that he decided he can’t play anymore

Falcons DT Eddie Goldman is retiring, the team announced Tuesday. Goldman, 28, signed with the Falcons earlier this month after spending seven seasons with Bears.

He opted out of the 2020 season but started 73 of the 81 games he played with the Bears and tallied 175 tackles, 13 sacks and two fumble recoveries. Goldman was drafted in the second round of the 2015 NFL Draft out of Florida State.
