Here's what will be covered in the article:

With training camp less than three weeks away, Sporting News caught up with Cardinals Pro-Bowl running back Edgerrin James to discuss the upcoming season with his new team in Arizona. The July 21st issue of Sporting News features James on the cover, while writer Paul Attner touches on the new state-of-the-art Cardinals Stadium and how the new venue will help bring success to the Valley. Attner also discusses the key free agent signing of James and how the former Colts rusher will impact the Cards offense and help translate his winning attitude to the Cardinals organization.

He looks confused...............

He looks like he read your comment and is debating the insertion of the football into your nether region.

Just got my copy in the mail...haven't read it all yet, but looks great.

Huge two-page pic of the stadium...very positive on the team's direction and extremely complimentary of the stadium itself.

The caption on the stadium pic says "If this stadium can't cure an ailing team, no stadium can."

Oh...and English on tour...PM me your address information; I'll get a copy to ya...

Got mine today. Read it. Nice article. The stadium spread is incredible. Sounds like Edge is ready to go to work. Got me pumped for the season, that's for sure.

He kind of has a Zoolander look about him.

"Blue Steel, Ferrari, Le Tigre...they're the same face. Doesn't anybody else realize this. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills."

So has this hit the news stands yet?

I haven't seen it yet. I've tried 7-11, Circle K, a couple of book stores by ASU, Safeway and finally, Barnes & Noble.

Only Barnes & Noble carries The Sporting News and all they had was the Fantasy Football edition. Plus a college edition.

If anyone knows when the Training Camp edition is going to hit the news stands, please let us know. I have driven all over the valley trying to find it.

I had a similar experience

I also drove all over this city looking for that magazine to no avail. If someone sees it, please let me know.

Did you pick yours up at a newstand or do you subscribe to TSN? I was hoping subscribers got their issue a week ago while the rest of us have to wait until next week.

I'm a LONG-TIME subscriber...been reading it regularly since the '70s too...

Don't know what the lag is between the distribution of the subscriptions and newstands...

I'm still looking (albeit here in Colorado)...I'll let you all know if I find it somewhere...

Looked all over town nada.

Even checked out a Safeway and a Phamarcy in Peoria on Wednesday when I was over there getting my wisdom teeth pulled...nada.

About an hour ago buddy at work walks up and gives me the issue for free.

Yeah, this is pretty weak. Been to Borders and Barnes & Noble the past two days and they're not there. If anyone knows where they're selling this, please let the board know.

I called around everywhere. Finally, some clown at the Barnes and Noble at Val Vista and Baseline says they have it and that they will hold one for me. I said, "Are you sure its the Sporting News with Edgerrin James on the front?" They said yes, so last night I roll into the place around 10, go to the front desk, and they hand me "The Shotgun News" with a pic of a hand gun on the cover. WTF? Yes, I was pissed.
