I was surprised watching the video that injury was the result of that contact. I was at the game and just saw that there was an injury and the cart came out instantly. Knew it was bad.

Thats funny but team doctors both on the US & Sochaux both anticipate him returning by the early summer. He will be able to start jogging by February.

Those silly delusional doctors.

Edit: I am not saying he'll be game fit by the World Cup just that he can resume training by the summer.

Yup. Those wacky doctors.

A Minnesota article on Henderson from today.

From the article: "Dr. David Thorson told the Pioneer Press on Monday that a fractured femur takes six to eight weeks to heal and that a patient can start running in eight to 12 weeks. Meanwhile, Thorson said, a patient can immediately work to strengthen the knees and hip."

I read somewhere yesterday that he could also be back for in time for training camp this summer. That is excellent news, I'm am happy that so far it doesn't appear to be as career threatening as it did Sunday night.

You know what really grinds my gears Bucky? Freaking Holmes makes one of the most beautiful catches in Super Bowl history to beat the Cards. 90 times out of 100 that is probably a freaking incomplete pass. I have seen that guy drop more easy passes this year than you can shake a stick at.

Wow EJ Henderson looked great tonight. So happy to see him back, I really thought that was a career ending injury. It's nothing short of a miracle he's playing pro football again so soon after that horrific injury. He's also their defensive captain. Pretty sweet.
