I am really warming up to Ejiro Evero as a candidate for the Cardinals. His performance at d-coordinator was fantastic considering the putrid offense and losing both top pass rushers. I have been reading some articles on Ejiro and he has learned under some top guys (Don Caper, old man Kiffin, Wade Phillips). He worked in Green Bay, 5 years with McVay in LA, on Harbaugh’s staff in San Francisco. Guys like Pat Surtain say he is the best coach he has played for and that is saying a ton since Surtain played for Saban at Alabama. In addition to the 5 yrs as d-back coach, Ejiro helped as “passing game coordinator”, so he has a sense of the offensive side of the ball as well.

Plus he has a super cool name!!

I don't know much about him but given what little I do know, I would in favor.

He’s my favorite.

He at least has offensive experience unlike DeMeco & Flores.
