heres the report from the team

Running back Andre Ellington was added to the injury report as limited Thursday with a knee injury. It is something that bears watching Friday given the importance of Ellington to the offense. Safety Yeremiah Bell (knee) was upgraded to full practice, while wide receiver Michael Floyd (shoulder) and safety Rashad Johnson (ribs) remained limited.

He practiced, which bodes well for his chances to play Sunday. Lets see what happens Friday,

Thank God, we have Ryan Williams throwing in the bullpen. Think of RW the same way Eagles fans thought of Nick Foles when Michael Vick went down. Hopefully, if needed RW will do as well as Nick.

I think Williams is redundant of Ellington. So if something happens to the "Duke", Williams will become active for the game.

I hate to hear anything about Ellington being nicked up, but this could be a blessing in disguise if it means RW gets some carries. I want to see what that kid can do

Not a big deal as long as Mendy plays the way he did vs Indy. He had a really good game.

If Ellington were out, that just means Mike F and Andre R need to step it up. Ellington was turning into a 3rd down guy for us, a role Mike F filled extemely well last game

I would be shocked if Williams was activated, having not seen any real game time this year. That doesn't sound like something BA would do.

That bites but it also speaks volumes on how Arians is making these guys able to win games, they are battle tested it seems by not having a country club atmosphere at practice. The workouts, I believe, are limited to how much contact is allowed in the week by the NFL, but our players are getting the proper preparation when possible with live bullets so to speak

Why am I am always quoting you Bodha? :D

Rashard looked way faster/quicker vs. Indy vs. all his previous games this year (how?), and his final stats from that game were skewed by the garbage time run-out-the-clock carries into the teeth of nine-man Indy defensive fronts.

As a guy who relies on quicks and explosion: I am ok with him taking a week off to get better.
