Emmitt Thomas as DC

Can anyone shed some light on this guy. Would he be a good DC. What style of defense does he run. I do not know much about his credentials.

I have a friend who I have not talked to in a year or two.... Thomas was a coach at CMSU when my friend played football there. I almost tried to walk on the footballl team at CMSU but I picked another smaller college at about the time Emmitt thomas was the coach at CMSU (my college football career lasted all of....about 2 weeks of spring football).
