With Winston and Massie, it was nice last year to not worry about one side of the line. If we can get him back at a reasonable deal, I would do it. However, LT is a far greater need. If it took not re-signing Winston in order to get one of the FA left tackles, then I would be OK with that because I think Massie was a good RT.

Who is Matt Miller and what are his qualifications to rate OT play?

I'm very dubious of anything coming from the bleacher report.

Yup. Not only is it Matt Miller, but it's really his "team of guys" who reviewed the tape and put their grades together. I'm pretty skeptical.

Speaking of offensive line play here are last year's sack numbers that surprised me somewhat.

Palmer sacked 41 times. Sack % 6.7%
CK sacked 39 times 8.6%
Wilson sacked 44 times 9.9%
Rams QBs sacked 36 times 6.6% (Bradford 7 games, Clemens 9 games)

And for reference: Kevin Kolb in 2012 sack percentage 12.7% :(
