Some of you need to review the language of the Colorado law that ESPN posted. You're saying, "I don't think Bryant would commit a violent, drag-her-by-her-heels, knife-to-the-throat rape." Well, the District Attorney doesn't think so either. That's why the charge is for third-degree sexual assault, rather than a higher felony.

Re-read the description of what that charge is, and then ask whether it's possible that a superstar athlete would do it. The answer is, of course it is.
