I am pretty sure that isn't even possible because you can't sign and trade someone and package him with other contracts.

lol, i thought it was a typo the first time, but the second time . . . ?

DecoY nor decoR

thanks for this. i was wondering a bit myself about why decor. the word decoy just evaded my memory completely. :D
Yeah, but JJ poses well so I can understand the confusion.

Steve

JJ makes handsome appearance on the corners indeed. Opponents often get so stunned by that, so that they forget to defend Nash in the paint. heheh.

I find it odd that people will praise Q, yet criticize Frye who shot 43% for three last season and 54.5% for thre against the Spurs.
Because Q was a 2-Guard who was supposed to play 22 feet from the basket.

Frye is a 7' Center who plays like a 2-Guard. And is "softer" than most 2-Guards.

My criticism is how he's being used, leaving Amar'e as the only big man on the court most of the game.

On offense Frye is doing just what is asked of him. He draws opposing centers out and leaves Amare room to operate inside. I'm just fine with Frye on offense, its more defense and rebounding I would want from him.

The reason Q was let go, was he was getting burned like toast on defense in the playoffs. He made Steve Nash look like the young Bruce Bowen on D. They even did some slow mo stuff on TV showing how Q wasn't playing anyone. Still, poor guy had one of the worst off seasons when we traded him of all time. You get traded, your dad and brother get shot, fiance calls off your wedding, and I believe he ended up with a serious injury that season, too.

I agree. I am quite happy with Frye on offense. He does exactly what he needs to do. Defensively, he is horrible. I do, however, want to point out that the last game or two in the Lakers series, he looked competent on defense, and he boxed out and rebounded pretty well.

I thought Frye did a credible job on Duncan in the Spurs seris. Not GREAT, but credible considering how much trouble Duncan has traditionally bee4.

Game 1 Duncan 8 of 15
Game 2 Duncan 12 of 20
Game 3 Duncan 5 of 9
Game 4 Bunanc 7 of 14

I'm still reluctant to pay Frye big bucks, but I think he still has some upside.

Joe Johnson staying in Atlanta, is accepting their $119 million over 6 year ridiculous contract.

If NY only gets Amare then they aren't going to get much better. Considering Lee will not be back they will actually be losing some rebounding which is not Amare's strength. I have a feeling Parker will stay in SA and if Melo doesn't stay in DEN they will trade him, so its not a lock he ends up in NY either. I actually thought Walsh was suppose to be a good GM. NY is still years away from contending.

Its all about money, money, money!!!!!!

Not for Joe. I think he feels like he's begun something in Atlanta and he wants to see how far he can take that franchise. With the mutual love and respect that exists between him, his teammates and the city itself, this was a no-brainer deal. Either that, or it's all about money, money, money!!!!

Really? From just about everything I've read, he's one of the most overpaid so-called "team leaders" in the entire NBA. Good player, but definitely NOT max-level. This is Rashard Lewis insanity right here.

It was sarcasm. Sorry, I thought I was over the top enough to make it clear but I guess not. He has ripped both the fans and his teammates and is clearly returning solely for money and perhaps a desire to stay in the south.
