Good to see he got banned. If you are not frustrated with the last 4 weeks then check for a pulse. Yesterday was horrific. Last week was horrific, and Thanksgiving was horrific. They were like the old Coach McGinnis teams. All three of these games were over by halftime, and two of the three were over within 10 the first ten minutes of the game!!!
I HATE when I don't get a football game to watch on the weak end. And yes, watching your team bleed to death for 3 1/2 quarters. is NOT watching a football game
But lets not get too crazy here.....
When it comes to the Cardinals (and I have been saying this since the Jets game) they are as bad as they played against the Jets, and as good as they played against the Cowboys.
I think the Cardinals deserve to go to the playoffs. They are good enough to play with, and win against the lower level teams going into the playoffs. The Cardinals are going to be playing during Wild Card weekend and there record and team level is on par with that. Of course many will spit this fact back in my face after we have been blown out in 3 out of our last 4 games but the Cardinals won some big games in the beginning of the season to get them here.
Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, the Cardinals had an easy schedule but there are many playoff teams that have played 5 or 6 games against some really bad teams so save me that B.S.
I don't care what the circumstances. If the Cardinals win this upcoming weekend they will have swept their division. Say what you will, but a divisional game in the NFL is a divisional game in the NFL. Sweeping the division is something to hang our hats on.
As for ESPN, they can KISS MY ARSE.
Waaahhhh. We need the playoffs setup to change because the Cowboys and Patriots are not in the playoffs WAAAAAAHHHH.
Just because ESPN and the rest of the talking heads are worried about having a lack of arses to lay their lips is not my problem. If the Pats or the Cowboys were in our position they wouldn't have a gripe about the situation, I garauntee it.
If the Cowboys were so good they would let up two 70+ runs this weekend to stay in the playoff, if they were so good they should have beat the Rams. If the Patriots were so good they should have won games against the Jets, and Miami. And a sidenote: Where was this cry for injustice when the Pats were slaughtering the then putrid AFC East last year ?
The Cardinals are going to the playoffs. This league is set up by division and it ain't gonna change. Just because we are the Cardinals doesn't prevent us from getting what was earned.
