POSITIVES: Elusive ball carrier with a variety of skills. Quick footed, sets up defenders and slides off tackles to pick up positive yardage. Runs low to the ground, gets lost in the traffic and follows blocks, finding the open area on the field. Displays good run instincts and a degree of explosion. Solid hands out of the backfield and a competitive player that gives 100 percent all of the time.

NEGATIVES: Not big, fast and cannot run to daylight. Rarely breaking tackles and only marginal blocking skills.

ANALYSIS: A good worker on and off the field, Croom fits the mold of a third-down back or situational runner at the next level. Could slip through the cracks in April's draft but has a real shot at making a final roster.
