Fabrizio Romano Reveals Man Utd, Newcastle Transfer Target With PSG Clause Wants Major Move

Paris Saint-Germain will be closely monitoring Hugo Ekitike’s potential sale by Eintracht Frankfurt, as the club is set to receive a percentage of the transfer fee.

Earlier reports from CaughtOffside indicated that Newcastle are considering Ekitike as a possible replacement for Alexander Isak, with the club having previously shown interest in the forward during his time at PSG.

PSG has a 20 percent sell-on clause in any future deal, meaning they could benefit from Ekitike’s next move. While Newcastle is keeping an eye on the talented striker, another Premier League club is also showing interest.

On Saturday, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reported that Ekitike is expected to leave Eintracht Frankfurt this summer after his impressive season. Premier League clubs have already started reaching out to the French striker ahead of the transfer window.

The Mirror previously reported that Manchester United will be scouting two potential new strikers during the international break when they face off on Friday night: Ipswich Town’s Liam Delap and Ekitike.
